介绍
GH60是geekhack论坛上一帮键盘爱好者自行设计开发制作的一款60%键盘,(即60个键的键盘),GH60是完全面向DIY玩家的,主要为了满足各种玩家对于自己想要的layout的追求。所以GH60有各种各样的layout版本,最常用的三种poker/pure/HHKB的键数分别是61、62、59。
GH60的一大牛逼之处,就在于,他的大键位区域,一般都留了多种可供玩家自由组合的孔位。可以组合成不同的配列。

当然常见的 主要有几种,最多的应该就是POKER 配列,见下图。
个人比较推荐这种配列,配键帽也会比较好配,我自己的也是这个配列。

最近又修改了我键盘的配列,每次修改配列都会失忆,忘了之前怎么烧录的,这回写个博客记录一下好了。
客制化键盘
据我了解,嵌入式程序员大佬连芯片和电阻都是自己焊上去自己进行编程的,我一个web程序员自然是没那么大本事,只能发挥下自己身为焊工的手艺,在淘宝搜索GH60,备齐材料,焊一焊轴体还是没什么问题的,如果你连焊轴都懒得折腾,可以在淘宝定制或者买成品的GH60,自己只做配列设计和烧录就行。
自己客制化的话,不太精细的程度需要已下几种材料:
- gh60的主板
- 按键轴体
- 卫星轴
- 定位板
- 外壳
- 键帽
- T口USB数据线
- (可选)Led背光
先说外壳和定位板,材质可以根据需要自行选择,有ABS塑料材质的,亚克力的,实木的和金属的,实木大概300左右,金属100到上千的都有,定位板也选择配套的就好,对键盘重量有需求的个人推荐亚克力或者塑料材质。
然后是PCB板,也就是键盘主板,这个直接搜gh60主板应该就有不少,如果你需要rgb背光记得买rgb的就好。
再就是轴体和卫星轴,根据你预想的配列去找店家买,比如我这个poker配列,直接管店家要对应的套装就行,轴体颜色根据你喜欢的手感来,我用来敲代码的是青轴,然后轴体分3脚和5脚,简单来说就是如果你买了定位板就可以买三脚轴,不然就要买五脚轴。
之后就是键帽,我个人喜欢pbt材质的手感,颗粒感很强,不容易打油,我这套pbt键帽是2012年买的,用了快10年了都还没咋打油,缺点是相较于abs材质是真的贵很多,根据你需要选择吧,gh60便宜的几百就下来了,贵的能达到好几千,我这套金属外壳就用了1200。
最后就是数据线,建议买长点的,我这买了个仿电话线的用着还不错。

设计配列
不管怎样,你现在已经有一块GH60键盘了,无论你是自己焊的还是买的成品,现在需要给你的键盘烧写程序了。
先到keyboard-layout-editor网站进行配列的设计:

先点击上方工具栏的Preset,选择Default%60,调出默认的%60布局,之后可以在Properties自己改按键:

当你做完一层布局后,将Raw data里的json复制出来保存到一个txt里备用,gh60支持8层layout,简单来说就是你能通过按一个Fn键,短暂的使键盘按键布局变成另外一套,我这里展示下我的三层布局:





简单来说我这套按键就是按住Fn3就会切换到L2布局,可以使用各种导航按键,按住Fn4就会切换到L3层,L2和L3的唯一区别就是空格变成了Fn5,而按住Fn4同时按Fn5的时候,会常时开启或关闭L1层,让键盘右下角变成方向键,你可以根据你自己的需要来改变按键,按键可以对照tkg.io的列表来:

当你设计完配列后,到tkg.io,把你的配列json一层一层输入进去:

然后根据你的设计进行配置Fn:

也可以进行LED的配置编程:

都设计好后,点击下载.eep文件,这个就是你配列的二进制文件了,保存好以备用。
烧录配列
先把键盘连接到电脑,然后按一下你键盘背面的那个小按钮,这时候电脑会提示安装了一个a开头的设备,但是不能识别。
然后到tkg-toolkit的官方github仓库下载工具,根据自己的电脑系统来使用:

解压后打开你文件夹,选择你系统对应的目录,这里是Windows,进入tool文件夹,双击zadig_x.x.exe,下拉列表选择刚才的设备,然后点install:

安装完成后Driver应该显示WinUSB:

之后打开setup.bat,根据提示进行选择:

选择之后安装驱动,安装完成后,将刚才的.eep文件拖到reflash.bat运行,选择y进行烧录,烧录好后,你的配列就会生效了。
结语
至此,客制化gh60就完成了,实际上并不是很难。
